Rhinoplasty Cost & Financing
Rhinoplasty pricing is case-specific. This page explains the full range, what drives cost, what is included in your fee, and how to evaluate quotes from different clinics — so you can make an informed decision.
At a glance
All prices are all-inclusive (surgeon, anaesthesia, facility, follow-up). Exact pricing provided after consultation.
Price Range Overview
Every rhinoplasty at 8 West includes the same level of surgical expertise, facility quality, and post-operative support. The price difference reflects the complexity of your case — not a tiered service offering.
Straightforward cases
Primary Rhinoplasty
Suitable for patients with a single, well-defined goal — such as refining a tip, reducing a dorsal hump, or improving overall nasal proportion — with no significant structural complexity or functional concerns.
Multi-goal or structural cases
Complex Primary Rhinoplasty
For patients with multiple aesthetic goals, significant structural complexity (thick skin, weak cartilage, asymmetry), or cases requiring cartilage grafting. This is the most common range for patients seeking Dr. Buonassisi.
Secondary or highly complex cases
Revision Rhinoplasty
Revision rhinoplasty is significantly more complex than primary surgery. Scar tissue, altered anatomy, and limited cartilage availability require advanced techniques and longer operating time. Pricing reflects this complexity.
Important: These ranges are indicative only. An accurate, all-inclusive cost breakdown is provided following your consultation with Dr. Buonassisi. Pricing is based on your specific anatomy and goals — not a standard menu.
Cost Drivers
Six factors determine where your procedure falls within the price range. Understanding these helps you ask the right questions during your consultation.

Financing Options
We work with Canada's leading medical financing providers to offer flexible payment plans. Pre-approval is available before your consultation — knowing your financing options can make the decision clearer.
Medical financing
Canada's largest medical financing provider. No prepayment penalties. Covers the full procedure cost including facility and anaesthesia fees.
Visit Medicard →Medical financing
Designed specifically for cosmetic procedures. Competitive rates for patients with good credit. Soft credit check for pre-approval.
Visit Beautifi →Bank financing
Many patients use a personal line of credit or HELOC. Rates are often lower than medical financing for patients with strong credit. Speak with your bank directly.
How financing works: After your consultation, our patient coordinator will provide your all-inclusive cost breakdown. You can then apply for financing directly with Medicard or Beautifi — both offer online pre-approval in minutes. Once approved, your financing is arranged before your surgical date is confirmed. We do not charge interest or fees on top of the financing provider's rate.
How to Compare Quotes
Not all rhinoplasty quotes are comparable. A lower price may reflect a less experienced surgeon, a non-accredited facility, or a fee that excludes anaesthesia and follow-up. Use these questions to evaluate any quote accurately.
What is included in the quoted price?
Some clinics quote a 'surgeon fee only' — anaesthesia, facility, and follow-up are billed separately. Always ask for an all-inclusive quote to compare accurately.
Is the surgeon's fee reflective of their volume and specialisation?
A lower fee from a surgeon who performs rhinoplasty occasionally is not a saving — it is a risk. Surgical volume and specialisation directly affect outcomes.
What technique will be used, and why?
Different techniques have different outcomes. If a clinic cannot explain which technique they recommend for your anatomy and why, that is a concern regardless of price.
What is the revision policy?
Ask explicitly: if a revision is needed due to the surgical outcome, is there an additional fee? Clinics with strong revision policies reflect confidence in their outcomes.
Is the facility accredited?
Accredited facilities meet independent safety standards. Non-accredited procedure rooms may appear to offer lower costs but carry higher risk.
What post-operative support is included?
Post-operative care significantly affects outcomes. Clinics that include dedicated follow-up, a patient care manager, and recovery support are offering more value — not just a higher price.
